Agree to House Rules

■Use of the wooden deck is prohibited after 9:00 p.m.
Please confirm when making a reservation that this facility is surrounded by residential areas, so parties and noise are prohibited.
On the outdoor wooden deck, you may speak and play music as long as it does not disturb the neighbors, but loud conversations, dancing, and loud music are prohibited.
*The wooden deck can be used until 9:00 p.m., and after 9:00 p.m. please enjoy your time indoors.
Some noise is okay indoors, but please be careful not to speak too loudly or let it be heard outside.
If we receive complaints from neighbors, we will not be able to operate the facility in the future and will ask you to leave.

■Smoking prohibited indoors
Furthermore, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. The smell left by smoking is very unpleasant for non-smokers and will be the subject of a complaint.
If even the slightest odor remains, you may be charged a minimum of 30,000 yen to several million yen depending on the severity of the odor, including a discount for the next customer, a cancellation fee, deodorizing work fees, wallpaper replacement work, and damages during the work period.
We have ashtrays available on the wooden deck on the second floor, so please smoke outside.

■No entry or use by anyone other than the guests who have made the reservation.
Entry or use of the room by anyone other than the guests on the reservation list is strictly prohibited. (Entry to the room, use of barbecues, jacuzzis, etc. are all prohibited.)
If such behavior is discovered, we will charge the accommodation fee for the number of people who used the room (plus a violation fee of 20,000 yen).

We will only accept reservations from guests who agree to the above house rules.
*The above rules have actually caused trouble in the past, and some guests have been asked to leave.
We ask that only guests who abide by the rules use the property.
